NoKShop offers an online shopping service that allows you to purchase items available in our stores and partner businesses from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Additionally, you can enjoy an Outlet section with promotions, gifts, and exclusive NoKShop offers.
Below are the various terms, conditions, and information that govern the purchase of our products and services. If you have any questions about them, you can always contact our customer service department.

3. Contract
3.1. Service availability
By placing an order on NoKShop.co.uk (or .es), you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age.
The products offered are distributed in the member states of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (southern zone), Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except San Marino, Libigno, Campione and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden, as well as in Albania, Andorra, Angola, Saudi Arabia, Aruba, Australia, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cape Verde, Canada, China, Colombia, South Korea, Costa Rica, Curaçao, United Arab Emirates, United States, Philippines, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, French Guiana, Honduras, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iceland, Channel Islands, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Martinique, Mexico, Mozambique, Monaco, Nicaragua, Norway, Qatar, Oman, Panama, Russia, El Salvador, São Tomé and Príncipe, Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, Timor-Leste, Turkey, Uzbekistan.
Individuals residing outside of these countries may only use the online purchasing service of this Website when the shipping address for the order is located in one of the aforementioned countries or territories.

The items offered at NokShop are a selection of products from brands, stores, and companies associated with NoKShop and meet the same quality and warranty requirements as when offered for sale at members' physical points of sale.

*NoKShop has made every effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, the color of the items shown on your screen may vary depending on the quality of your device's screen. Consequently, NoKShop cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your screen will be identical to the actual colors.
Special offers, promotions, or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or until stocks run out.

3.3. Purchase Procedure
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to your shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, its name, size, chosen color, and price (including taxes). The price shown does not include shipping, the rates of which will vary depending on the shipping method selected.
To complete a purchase, the user's personal data will be requested and incorporated into our database in order to process the order and facilitate future purchases through the Website. The personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The user may access their personal data and order information at any time. NoKShop reminds users that personal data must be provided accurately to avoid confusion or issues with the shipment of purchased items. Furthermore, if expressly requested by the user, they will receive information and publications related to the Keep group via mail and/or SMS.
Once the purchase order has been completed and before the order is shipped, the user will be presented with an order summary, identifying the item purchased, its total price (including shipping and taxes) with each item itemized, and the order shipping details, so that the user can confirm it by clicking the button labeled 'Confirm payment'.
Purchases can be paid for by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX), MBWay, Bank Transfer, Paypal, or Multibanco. No other forms of payment will be accepted besides those specifically provided for in these terms and conditions of sale. For payments by credit or debit card, the debit will be made online, i.e., in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, as soon as it has been confirmed that the data provided by the user is correct.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website itself, so that the user can track their order at any time from their device.
An email message will also be sent to the address provided by the user, with a description of the order and the personal data provided. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary network communication problem or a typing error in the email address provided. In either case, NoKShop recommends that the user contact customer service.

3.4. Product availability
If, at the time the order is placed, we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses, the system will not allow it to be processed. Furthermore, in the event of a stock error, the value of the item charged but not shipped will be refunded to the customer in the following days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Price and payment
4.1. Payment and currency
Prices on this website are shown in Euros, and payment must also be made in Euros.

4.2. Value Added Tax
According to current Portuguese legislation, NoKShop is required to add Value Added Tax (VAT) to all products sold. ICMS will be applied according to the corresponding type in accordance with current legislation.

4.3. Payment methods
NoKShop will only accept payments made through the platforms available on the website (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX), MBWay, Bank Transfer, Paypal, or Multibanco).

Payment by credit or debit card
NoKShop accepts payment for purchases made through its website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express.
If the payment method selected by the user is credit or debit card, the debit will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, as soon as it has been confirmed that the data presented is correct.

Payment with MULTIBANCO
NoKShop accepts payment via the Multibanco system.
The customer will have 3 days from the date of placing their order to make the payment. The order will not be considered accepted until payment has been effectively received. If, after the indicated period, NoKShop has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be cancelled.

4.4 Payment Security
To ensure maximum security for the payment system, NoKShop uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce. In this sense, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards, NoKShop accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol, distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express Safekey badges. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in internet transactions. When making a payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is enabled for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, you will connect to the issuing bank, which will request that you authorize the transaction using a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be completed if the credit card issuing bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be refused.

As a complementary measure to the 'Secure Payment' system and with the aim of helping to prevent internet fraud, NoKShop reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer, as well as to adopt any measures it deems appropriate (including order cancellation) to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.

4.5. Resale
NoKShop allows the purchase of NoKShop products for subsequent resale. Therefore, customers interested in making purchases for resale should contact Customer Service for further information.

5. Delivery
Items purchased from NoKShop will be shipped via an international shipping company and will be delivered within approximately 2 to 4 business days for home delivery. Home delivery is free for orders over €29; for orders under this amount, the shipping cost will be R$5.00.
You can also request Express 48h home delivery for €7.95 and Urgent 24h delivery for €9.95. The Urgent service is only available for orders delivered to Lisbon.
The Express 48h and Urgent 24h home delivery services will not be available during clearance periods or special promotions.
To avoid delivery problems (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill out the corresponding form correctly, and it is also mandatory to fill in the space for the contact phone number.
Order tracking can be done through the NoKShop.pt (or .es) website, where the location of the goods will be indicated at any time until their final delivery.
The shipping cost is calculated depending on the shipping method selected and the items purchased. The exact shipping cost will be calculated when each item is added to the shopping cart and will appear itemized on the order summary page, before the customer confirms the order by clicking the "Confirm Payment" button and before entering payment details.
It will not be possible to send requests to military bases or post office boxes.
Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. Such changes will apply from the moment the modification is included in the help pages and the contract published on this website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

6. Exchange and/or return policy
6.1. Conditions for exchanges and/or returns
If, upon receiving the purchase, the customer is not satisfied, NoKShop allows them to exchange the size of the purchased item or return it within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Consequently, NoKShop cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless it is a defect). For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear items have a protective device that prevents them from being tried on or used. If you wish to return this type of item, it is essential that they retain the label and the protective device.
Exchanges of one model for a different one are not accepted; only size exchanges are possible.
For any returned items, they must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or a duly completed return form.

6.2. Exchanges and/or returns by mail
Exchanges for different sizes or returns of purchased items can also be made by regular mail to the following address:

In this case, NoKShop advises sending the return via registered mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.
The shipping costs for items that you wish to exchange or return by mail will be the responsibility of the customer, and under no circumstances will NoKShop accept returns sent cash on delivery.

6.3. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to give a reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the purchase of the goods. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of underwear whose protective seal has been broken after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of giving up
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund to the customer all payments received after the purchase, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly requested otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any additional costs as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of their return, whichever is the case.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to us directly without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if the goods are returned before the end of this period.
In order to return the goods, the customer must use the return by mail service, which will incur an additional cost that the customer will have to bear.

6.4. Refunds
Once you have received the item(s), NoKShop will verify that they are in good condition and will send the requested size if you requested an exchange, or will refund the cost to the same payment method used for the purchase in case of a return.
The refund processing time can range from 3 to 12 business days after the returned items are received at NoKShop's warehouses. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be notified via email.
Refunds for returned items will always be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If NoKShop mistakenly sends a different item for the order or if the quality of the item sent is not adequate, NoKShop, as soon as it has verified the error or defect, will refund the value of the returned item and the shipping costs. If an order with an error or defect is returned by regular mail, NoKShop will refund the corresponding return shipping costs, provided that the customer includes proof of return shipping costs with the order. The shipping refund will be processed after the return of the items.
To receive a refund for orders paid via Multibanco, the customer must provide NoKShop with an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be refunded. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is shipped.

7. Registration
The data provided by customers during registration will be used by NoKShop solely to process orders and facilitate navigation and the purchasing process on the website. Additionally, with the customer's express consent, NoKShop will inform them via email about new collections, lookbooks, and exclusive offers.
NoKShop guarantees that the data provided by customers will not be shared with third parties or companies outside the Keep Group.
The personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 15/1995 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data.
The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding the data provided, at any time and through the My Data section in My Account on our website, by email or by mail to the following address:
