 Conditions for exchanges and / or returns

If, upon receiving the purchase, the customer is not satisfied, NoKShop allows him to change the size of the purchased item or return it, within thirty (30) days, counting from the date of receipt, provided the part has not been used or damaged. Consequently, NoKShop will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged parts (as long as it is not a tare). For hygienic reasons, underwear and bath items have a protective device that prevents them from being tried on or used. If you wish to return this type of item, it is essential that they keep the label and the protection device.

It will not be accepted to exchange a model for a different one; you can only change the size.

In any return of purchased items, they must be packed carefully and include the delivery note or the completed return form.

In this case, NoKShop advises to send the return by certified postal mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.

The costs of shipping the items, which if you wish to exchange or return by post, will be borne by the customer and in no case will NoKShop accept returns sent to collection.

 Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 natural days without justification.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 natural days after the purchase of the goods. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of underwear whose protection seal has been violated after delivery.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail):

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received after the purchase, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a different delivery method than the less expensive normal delivery method we offer) ), without undue delay and, in any case, up to 14 natural days from the date you inform us of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will effect such a refund, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly requested otherwise. In any case, you will not have any additional expenses as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of return, depending on the situation.

The customer will have to return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and, in any case, up to a maximum of 14 natural days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the deadline has ended.

To be able to return the goods, the customer must use the return by mail, which will have an additional cost that the customer will have to bear.

 Refunds

As soon as you have received the item (s), NoKShop will check if they are in good condition and send you the requested size, if you have requested an exchange, or refund the cost using the same payment method used in purchase, in case of return.

The refund period can vary between 3 and 12 working days, after receiving the return in the NoKShop warehouses. Once the status of the returned items is verified, the customer will be informed via email.

The refund of returned items will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In the event that NoKShop has sent a different item to the order in error or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, NoKShop, as soon as it has verified the error or defect, will refund the value of the returned item and the shipping costs. . In the case of an order with error or tare to be returned by regular postal mail, NoKShop will make the refund corresponding to the return shipping, provided that the customer includes the return shipping costs in the order. The reimbursement of the transport will take place after that of the articles.
