3.4. Product availability

If, at the time of issuing the order, we detect that there are no stocks in our warehouses, the system will not allow its processing. In addition, in the event of a stock error, the value of the item charged and not sent will be refunded in the days following the customer, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Prices on this website are shown in Euros, with payment also being made in Euros.

4.2. Value-added tax

According to the legislation in force in Portugal, NoKShop is required to add Value Added Tax (VAT) to all products sold. VAT will be applied according to the corresponding type in accordance with current legislation.

Payment with MULTIBANCO

NoKShop accepts payment through the Multibanco system.

The customer will have a period of 3 days, counting from the date on which he placed his order, to make the payment. The request will not be considered accepted until the payment has been confirmed. If, after the stated period, NoKShop has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be canceled.

4.4 Security of payment

In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, NoKShop uses secure payment systems from top financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, confidential payment data are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. For payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards, NoKShop accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey badges. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. 5. Delivery

Items purchased at NoKShop will be shipped via an international shipping company and will be delivered within approximately 2-4 business days in the case of home delivery. Home shipping will have no cost on orders over € 29; in the case of orders lower than this amount, the shipping cost will be € 5.00.

Express 48h home delivery can also be ordered with a shipping cost of € 7.95 and Urgent 24h with a shipping cost of € 9.95. The Urgent service is only available for orders shipped to Lisbon.

Express 48h and Urgent 24h home delivery services will not be available during sales or on special promotions.

To avoid delivery problems (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly, and it is also mandatory to fill in the space for the contact phone.

The transport price is calculated according to the selected shipping method and the items purchased. 6. Exchange and / or return policy

Consequently, NoKShop will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged parts (as long as it is not a tare). For hygienic reasons, underwear and bath items have a protective device that prevents them from being tried on or used. It will not be accepted to exchange a model for a different one; you can only change the size.

In any return of purchased items, they must be packed carefully and include the delivery note or the completed return form.

Consequences of withdrawal

6.4. Refunds

As soon as you have received the item(s), NoKShop will check if they are in good condition and send you the requested size, if you have requested an exchange, or refund the cost using the same payment method used in purchase, in case of return.

The refund period can vary between 3 and 12 working days, after receiving the return in the NoKShop warehouses. Once the status of the returned items is verified, the customer will be informed via email.

The refund of returned items will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In the event that NoKShop has sent a different item to the order in error or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, NoKShop, as soon as it has verified the error or defect, will refund the value of the returned item and the shipping costs. . In the case of an order with error or tare to be returned by regular postal mail, NoKShop will make the refund corresponding to the return shipping, provided that the customer includes the return shipping costs in the order. The reimbursement of the transport will take place after that of the articles.

In order to reimburse orders paid via ATM, the customer must provide NoKShop with an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be refunded. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.

7. Registration
